    Delegates Howell, Evans and Rowan move to amend the committee substitute in section nine-a on page fourteen, following line thirty-eight by inserting the following new subsection:

    “(f) There is hereby created, effective, July 1, 2012, a magistrate court deputy clerk for Mineral County.”
